Company History

The company’s policy during the year 1991-92, to give a thrust to export has met with a fair share of success of Rs. 50.63 lakhs as against Rs. 6.78 lacs. The major portion of this exports of components through our joint venture associates M/s. Mitsubishi Corporation, Japan reflects the confidence reposed in the technical capabilities of the company. The company had issued a Rights issue of 1,57,563 Equity shares of Rs. 100 each aggregating to Rs. 157.56 lacs during the period 1991-92, thereby enabling the company to augment its production facilities and meet long term working capital needs.

2004 Joins hands with State Bank of India to launch SBI-VST Shakti, a new loan scheme for farm mechanisation programme
