Usha Mathur, Joint Secretary, Department of Expenditure, Ministry of Finance, Government of India, New Delhi in place of Shri Ram Mohan as Government Director in the Board with effect from March 20, 2002.Ananda Kumar nominated as Director in the Board of Indian Oversea Bank.
