1993 - 2324900 Equity held by promoters. 14,27,100 equity shares of Rs 10 each for cash at a premium of Rs 5 per share allotted to promoters. 6,71,800 sequity shares of Rs 10 each at a premium of Rs 5 per share allotted to NRI’s on preferential basis. 49,60,100 equity shares of Rs 10 each at a premium of Rs 5 per share allotted to the Indian public.
