1984 - The Company was incorporated on 22nd November and was promoted by Shri Ram Fibres Ltd. and Nippondenso Co. Ltd. The Company manufactures alternators/generators with or without vacuum pump regulators.
The Company undertook to set up a factory in UP with an installed capacity of 1,50,000 nos. each of alternators and starter motors and 1,00,000 nos. of wiper motors.
1991 - During the year, the Board of the Company alloted 7,50,899 No. of Equity Shares of Rs.10/- each which remained unsubscribed in the year 1989-90. Sh. Rajive Sawhney,Sh. Satoru Takemoto and Sh. Ashok V Chowgule, Director of the company , retire by rotation at the Sixth Annual General Meeting and being eligible offer themselves for reappointment.
