Company History
1957 - The Company was incorporated on 1st November. The Company Manufacture of a wide range of thermoplastic insulated cables and wires, paper insulated cables, XLPE/Elastomer insulated power cables, etc. It was promoted by the two well-known industrial houses from mumbai - Khataus and Thackerseys and two renowned companies from West Germany - Siemens AG and Felten & Guileaume AG (now Philips Kommunikations Industries AF).

The Company had developed wide range of cables which include special purpose cables used in mining, railway signalling, airport lighting, cross linked polyethylene cables (XLPE), rubber insulated flexible power and trailing cables together with a line of compatible cable accessories.

The Company also undertook marketing of products manufactured by reputable companies such as electrical motors and pumpsets manufactured by Bharat Bijlee Ltd.
